Our main services consist of; soft tissue therapy, dry needing, pre and post natal, oncology, and sports massage. Based on your initial consultation these can be used in combination depending on your needs.

An oncology massage is specialist therapy for those who have been diagnosed with or are recovering from cancer. We tailor treatments to the individual as to where they are in their cancer journey and what they wish to acheive

Lauren Herbert FG-MLD is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist able to provide MLD to the highest standard to improve lymphatic flow and reduce oedema for both Lymphoedema and post surgery swelling

Providing back pain relief for women during and after pregnancy
OSTEOPATHY
Lowri Thomas (M.Ost) providing Osteopathy to reduce back and joint pain through mobilisation, manipulation and soft tissue therapy. Lowri has a keen interest also in the treatment of headaches.

I can not recommend Lauren enough for a pregnancy sports massage. I had severe scatia and it was an unbearable pain. I couldn't even sit down properly, I left it longer than I should have but as soon as I messaged Lauren she fitted me in within 24 hours. Lauren worked really hard on the part that was hurting and after it I felt like a new happy woman again. I'll definitely be having another one before the baby comes. Literally a god send!! Highly recommended
